So, you are practicing agile, or maybe starting with agile but you are puzzled how to gather and manage requirements, and turn them into viable project. In this workshop, you will learn how to collect and groom the requirements and how to do estimation and planning.

Too large or unclear requirements can have a significant negative impact on a project and its positive outcome. Make sure you know how to define and handle them in an agile way, where requirements are living being.

Agile requirements need agile estimation and planning, which should be both flexible and transparent so you can react in a timely manner before Mr. Trouble joins the team. Blend of Cold War science and Lean Manufacturing processes will get you through.

This is an interactive workshop where you will learn about the principles and processes and practice them in a couple of case studies to ensure you understood the meaning and purpose. If we would have to define it as an epic, it would be “As an agile practitioner I would like to know more about agile estimation and planning so I can increase my chances to finish a project successfully”.
