Oliver F. Lehmann, MSc., PMP, is a project management author, consultant, speaker and teacher. He studied Linguistics, Literature and History at the University of Stuttgart and Project Management at the University of Liverpool, UK, where he holds a Master of Science Degree. Oliver has trained thousands of project managers in Europe, USA and Asia in methodological project management with a focus on certification preparation. In addition, he is a visiting lecturer at the Technical University of Munich.

He has been a member and volunteer at PMI, the Project Management Institute, since 1998, and serves currently as the President of the PMI Southern Germany Chapter. Between 2004 and 2006, he contributed to PMI’s PM Network magazine, for which he provided a monthly editorial on page 1 called “Launch”, analyzing troubled projects around the world.

Davor Čengija

Davor Čengija, Agile Coach and Enterprise Architect at CROZ d.o.o. Zagreb, Croatia

Davor Čengija is Agile Coach and Enterprise Architect with 20 years of experience in software development industry. He went through every stage of the process, working as a software developer, software and system architect and even project manager. Always close to end customers he often took actions in business development, sales and presales. Currently his job is best described as Agile Coach and evangelist.

Through years he's specialised in applying his knowledge and experience in large, multi-team and multi-year projects, especially in banking, telecom and government sectors. 

Having formal education in mechanical engineering, he always leaned toward applying agile principles in non-development environment, such as enterprise architecture, operations, marketing and sales, or HR, enabling people to adopt more creative, fun and interesting way of work.

He developed and teaches several successful courses on quality of software development, system architecture, enterprise architecture and lean and agile approach in work. 

He's an active member of local agile community, organising, facilitating and presenting at meetups and conferences in the region. Through his blogs and social networks presence he's working hardly on demystifying Scrum and agile principles and concepts in general, helping people better understand the benefits of such an approach.

Since more than 10 years I am creating learning solutions (platforms, digital content, learning ecosystems) across industries, from media to pharma, from the US to the Middle East. I won one of the first Design Thinking Accelerator Programs, now I facilitate similar initiatives like #UNLEASH on Sustainable Development Goals.

Education and science are close to my heart. I am a member of PMI Switzerland Chapter, acting vice president Educational Foundation responsible for programs for schools and NGOs.

Antonio Prišćan, born in 1968 in Zagreb. During high school and faculty gathered first experiences in entrepreneurship, hardware configuration and software development. He spent last 4 years in the large food processing company Podravka Inc., leading Open innovation team on the company level. During that time, he implemented Open innovation and started more than few large projects. First and most comprehensive is the organizational culture transformation on the company level with objective to enable new business models, services and products to appear at all levels. For most of those organizational culture and behaviour changes internal as well as external sources of innovation were called in. Some of successful projects that have arisen out of Open innovation implementation were disruptive robotic cook (, new spin off company dedicated to large R&D projects for food industry and many more. Hrvoje Veselko, Mr.Sc, MBA

Hrvoje Veselko is and Executive Director in IN2. He started his career as sound engineer, producer and copy writer in one of the first fully digital broadcasters in Croatia, followed by moving into IT. He spent next five years on various managerial positions, before joining Vipnet, where, over a course of eight years, he was Director of sales of both business and residential segment. He led go-to-market activity of mStart for two years. In his current role, transformation is a key word. Hrvoje holds Master of Science degree from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing Zagreb, and an MBA degree from Bled School of Management.

Stanislav Strešnjak

Stanislav Stresnjak, PMP, PSM is Project manager with strong ICT background. He has 20+ years of experience in IT, last 5+ years mostly managing international service projects. Since year 2000 working in Siemens. From 2018 department was taken over by the Atos company. Currently working in the Atos Convergence Creators, Big Data & Security department as a project manager for the international service and customization projects.

For more than a 10 year he was an external assistant on the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology in Osijek from the topic Object Oriented Programming, teaching students Java and C++.

Stanislav has been active PMI Croatia member from 2012, when he earns his PMP certificate. Since 2016 serving in a leadership role as vice president of the PMI Croatia Chapter, and since April 2018 serving as Chapter President. He was one of the founders of the PMIDayz conference, involved in the organization of the PM track on the KulenDayz conference and since few years has been involved in the organization of PMI Forum as a deputy conference director.
