Zašto NeuroLeadership?

Kako motivirati kolege i zaposlenike da konstruktivno reagiraju na neočekivane promjene? Opis treninga

Trening NeuroLeadership & Change Management, dio je programa naprednih strategija i vještina mentalne i socijalne efikasnosti. Program se temelji na jednostavnoj činjenici: naš mozak temelj je svakog poslovnog uspjeha, svakog rješenja, svake suradnje, svake inovacije. Oni koji uspijevaju bolje koristiti vlastiti mozak, odnosno kvalitetno voditi tuđe mozgove imaju ogromnu stratešku prednost jer brže uče i brže rješavaju probleme.

Razumijevanje mehanizama po kojima mozak funkcionira otvara vrata za stvarno vođenje, stvarno pokretanje promjena, stvarno motiviranje i postizanje sasvim nove razine suradnje, produktivnosti i uspješnosti.

Kroz više tematskih modula, znanstveno utemeljene spoznaje o mozgu, praktične primjere, eksperimente i vježbe na treningu steći ćete bolje razumijevanje mehanizama koje mogu vaš change-management projekt podići ili slomiti.
