About workshop:

Project management is a fundamental competence of almost every expert. Today, changes in the processes of most companies are project-oriented and change cannot be implemented effectively without project management skills. In order for the project to be successful, the “right” project is selected and defined, carefully and in detail planned and the implementation of the project is guaranteed by a highly qualified team.

However, despite methodologies, techniques and tools, the project is all about people.

A good Project Manager will use coaching skills to develop a project team. By identifying where coaching is needed and providing appropriate coaching opportunities, project managers through coaching increase the chances of successful project outcomes and at the same time increase the performance of project team members.

The purpose of coaching is change. The Coach, like the Project Manager, is a changemaker who takes the cards you have and helps you play your hand better, change the rules of the game, or finds a better game. The goal is to gain another perspective and empower the individual or team to implement change. A change in just one area will bring transformation from whom the individual, the team, the project and the company will gain benefits in long run.

In this workshop you will gain insight into the application of coaching practices in a project environment, in the areas of communication, relationships, influence, resistance, team leadership, problem solving and creativity.

Knowledge needs to be refreshed to get new ideas, and that is exactly the goal of this workshop.

Upravljanje projektima temeljna je kompetencija gotovo svakog stručnjaka. Danas su promjene u procesima većine tvrtki usmjereni na projekte i više se promjena ne može učinkovito provesti bez vještina iz upravljanja projektima. Kako bi projekt bio uspješan, odabire se i definira "pravi" projekt, pažljivo i detaljno planira te provedbu projekta jamči visoko kvalificirani tim.

Međutim, usprkos metodologijama, tehnikama i alatima, projekt čine ljudi.

Dobar Voditelj projekta će upotrijebiti coaching vještine za razvoj projektnog tima. Utvrđujući gdje je potreban coaching i pružanjem odgovarajućih mogućnosti coachinga, voditelji projekata coachingom povećavaju šanse za uspješne ishode projekta i istovremeno povećavaju performanse članova projektnog tima.

Svrha coachinga je promjena. Coach je kao i Voditelj projekta pokretač promjene koji promiješa karte koje imate i pomaže da bolje odigrate, promijenite pravila ili pronađete bolju igru. Cilj je dobiti drugu perspektivu i osnažiti pojedinca ili tim za provedbu promjene. Promjena u samo jednom području će izazvati transformaciju od koje će dugoročno koristi imati pojedinac, tim, projekt i tvrtka.

Na ovoj radionici ćete dobiti uvid u primjenu coaching praksi u projektnom okruženju, u područjima komunikacije, odnosa, utjecaja, upravljanjem otporom, vođenja timova, rješavanja problema i kreativnosti.

Znanje treba osvježiti da se dobiju nove ideje, a to je upravo i cilj ove radionice.
