We inform you that ZIH will soon organize a Project Management academy as part of its educational activities. Project management is extremely important because it has a positive impact on business companies, the achievement of goals and the effectiveness of the projects themselves.

The imperative of every organization should be a certified project manager; this training will help
you achieve that goal and prepare for taking the PMP exam. The planned start of education (PM Academy) is March 6, 2023.

The lectures will be divided into 9 modules, and the education is conducted in accordance with PMBoK and includes guidelines for agile project management. Upon completion of this academy, participants receive 36 PDU points that they can use to apply for the PMP exam.

The lecturer at ZIH's academy will be Ph.D. Silvana Tomić Rotim, a Board member of PMI Croatia for many years, is one of the leading experts in project management.
