ZIH Project Management academy
The training is conducted in accordance with the PMBoK and includes guidelines for agile project management and a new module with an emphasis on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in modern project management.
Upon completion of this academy, participants receive 36 PDU points that can be used to apply for the PMP exam.
The lecturer at the ZIH academy will be Dr. Sc. Silvana Tomić Rotim, who has been a member of the PMI Croatia Executive Board for many years and is one of the leading experts in project management.
