PMI Branch Osijek started its work on May 19, 2010., with a promotional founding conference held on the premises of HGK Osijek.
The branch was founded with the aim of gathering existing and attracting future project managers who, by participating in joint meetings, would share problems and challenges in their daily work.

Kulendayz - PM Track
Activities to popularize PM topics began in 2009 when, in addition to the now well-known KulenDayz IT conference, we introduced an additional series of 6-8 lectures on topics related to IT projects and a regular full-day pre-conference PM workshop/training. Since then, project management has been regularly represented at every Kulendayz conference.

In order to move away from IT projects, in 2014 we launched a new PM conference - PMIDayz. In addition to the mandatory pre-conference workshops, we occasionally include famous people in the conference content who enrich the conference content with their stories. So, we learned from Rajko Grlić how a film is made, Ćiro Blažević brought us closer to the basic factors of success. Goran Milić introduced us to projects related to journalism and the realization of travel series, Stipe Božić about the Himalayas project, and finally, the legendary actor Zijah Sokolović explained to us how we all play different roles in life, depending on the situation we find ourselves in. And, an integral part of PMIDayz is the inevitable Team Building, which always takes place somewhere in the wider vicinity of Osijek, and where all participants get to know each other better through various team games, which is the main goal of such conferences.
PMIDayzOccasional lectures at universities
PMI Osijek branch occasionally participates in teaching at faculties (FERIT, EFOS, AUKOS, FAZOS, Baltazar - dislocated study in Osijek), where we hold promotional lectures related to project management for students.
