Annual regular assembly will be held on May 13, 2026 at 18:00, online.
Agenda:
- Opening of the Assembly
- Election of the Assembly's working bodies (minute taker, certifier of the minutes)
- Adoption of the Assembly's agenda
- Decision on the adoption of the Work Report for 2025
- Decision on the adoption of the Financial Report for 2025
- Decision on the adoption of the Work Plan for 2026
- Decision on the adoption of the Financial Plan for 2026
- Decision on amendments to the Statute
- Any other business
Voting is conducted online, and began on April 23 and will last until the beginning of the Assembly, May 13, 2026. All members have received an email with a link to the ballot as well as to the materials being decided on.
Please fulfill your membership obligation on time and actively participate in making decisions on the proposed documents!
