PMI Forum 2025 is the central conference of the Project Management Association PMI Croatia, and with it we celebrate 20 years of the association's work and project management as a value, as a skill, and people who are engaged in the project management profession or use project management in their work. Today we proudly present what we consider to be the best representation of different examples from various industries, showing how project management can support people, companies and organizations in creating value.

This year, we bring inspiring stories from the world of technology, science, construction, marketing, art, startups, business and the non-profit sector - all through the prism of project management (PM).

And that's not all - you can expect workshops on business skills and knowledge, wellbeing and soft skill tools, awards for the best projects and young PMs, and a big birthday party with a concert and networking!
And to prepare for the conference, a week before, we are starting with the PMP Boot Camp organized in collaboration with Algebra , starting on November 5, 2025 (four Wednesdays in a row, each time from 09:00 to 16:00). During the seminar, you will acquire knowledge and skills about key approaches in the project management value delivery spectrum, namely predictive (waterfall), adaptive (agile) and hybrid approaches. Through interactive learning methods, discussions and case studies, you will acquire an in-depth understanding of project management theory and the practical skills necessary to take the certification exam. Upon successful completion of this training, the participant receives the necessary 35 PDU points to take the exam and the knowledge necessary to successfully obtain the certificate.
