Notes:

1 - The association is not subject to VAT
2 - Free registration fees are for the conference day; the standard price for them is €412.50
3 - The organizer provides a table and two chairs, the sponsor brings its own free-standing poster ("roll-up")
4 - The sponsor provides the stand (dimensions by agreement, according to available space)
5 - Exclusivity is ensured to the sponsor who first signs the "Legacy" contract

All sponsors are allowed to place gifts in the bag for participants.

All sponsors will be highlighted with their logo and sponsor status:

• on the occasion of the moderator's thanks for opening the conference
• on the opening slides of all presentations at the conference and workshops
• on the PMI Croatia website, in press releases and the PMI Forum 2025 newsletter
